Piccolino Heddon Street - a Mayfair bar - restaurant design by Ludlam Studios

Design and delivery of a new basement bar within an existing hospitality venue, transforming previously underutilised space into a fully operational part of the restaurant.

The project involved developing a viable layout within a constrained existing structure, resolving access, services and compliance requirements, and progressing the scheme through building regulations approval.

The result is a cohesive bar environment that extends the functionality of the site, creating additional capacity and unlocking previously unused space within a high-profile central London location.
