The scheme combines a warm, material-led palette with a clear spatial layout, supporting efficient operation while creating a comfortable and engaging dining environment. Materials such as timber and stone are used to introduce texture and depth, balanced with a more refined, contemporary detailing.
 

The project required close coordination with the operator to ensure the design aligned with the brand while responding to the specific context of the site. The result is a cohesive, well-functioning space that supports both the dining experience and day-to-day operation.
