OUR PRINCIPAL DIRECTOR
Oliver Ludlam is the founder of Ludlam Studios.
His background combines design training with a practical understanding of planning, construction and commercial decision-making, allowing him to operate across the full lifecycle of development projects.
He studied for degrees in Philosophy, Interior Architecture and Creative Practice in Manchester, followed by a Master’s degree in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Integrated Design. Prior to this, he worked in finance, which continues to inform a commercially grounded approach to projects.
Oliver has delivered work for a range of clients and brands, including; Piccolino, San Carlo, Boparan, Restaurant Bar & Grill and Gino D’Acampo, alongside projects for residential developers, commercial operators and private clients.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Builders (MCIOB).
