Fortuna - fine dining restaurant design- interior design

A contemporary fine dining concept exploring a lighter, more restrained approach to interior architecture, moving away from the darker, more traditional language often associated with the sector.
 

The scheme is based on a soft material palette and controlled use of light, creating a calm, refined environment that supports the dining experience without overwhelming it. Spatial layout, circulation and seating have been carefully considered to balance intimacy with openness, allowing the space to feel both composed and welcoming.
 

The project focuses on clarity of design, where materials, proportions and detailing work together to create a cohesive and quietly distinctive atmosphere.
